Yesterday was a monumental day for the Altoona Area School District’s long awaited new high school project as community and school district leaders broke ground next to our future leaders and graduates….never losing sight that it is for them that this building is being constructed.
These future graduates ranging from elementary to high school were the focus all along and we think that having them front and center to throw dirt for the new building where their high school experience, education, and friendships will be made was the best idea.
Altoona, Blair County and the First Frontier are competing for future talent – and the hearts and smarts of our kids…
