ABCD Corporation announces that East Freedom Surgical Associates’ new Surgical Center will celebrate its grand opening and dedication of its new operation in East Freedom, Blair County on June 7, 2019. The $3.1 million project was financed in partnership with CNB Bank and ABCD Corporation and will result in the creation/retention of 11 jobs while providing the region access to a new state of-the-art patient care facility.
The practice, led by Dr. Stephen Yanoshak, is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Conemaugh Nason Medical Center and UPMC Bedford Memorial. Dr. Yanoshak received his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
ABCD provided a $350,000 equipment loan through the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA) Loan program. The PIDA Loan program provides financing for building acquisition/construction, equipment purchases and working capital. Current PIDA rates are as low as 2.5%.
